This prezzi above states a few reasons why we chose to use a MGMT song for our A2 Media Studies coursework. It is really important to decide upon the right song in order to interpret a clear meaning. We wanted one that would represent modern society and post modernism; therefore we choose to use the song 'Kids' as we will be able to show clear meaning through good use of semiotics and mise-en-scene.
